By creating an account or using the Redesa platform, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.
Redesa is a digital platform that connects local talent (musicians, artists, professionals) with venues, events, and tourists in the Atibaia and Serra da Mantiqueira region. The platform facilitates visibility and hiring of professionals, but is not a party to contracts made between users.
By posting photos, videos, descriptions, and other content on the platform, you grant us a non-exclusive license to display that content. You declare that you hold the rights to the content you publish. Publishing offensive, false, or third-party rights-violating content is prohibited.
By providing your WhatsApp number, you consent to receive platform notifications related to your profile, proposals, and events. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message or contacting us at contato@redesa.com.br.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, publish false information, or harm other users or the platform.
Redesa is not responsible for negotiations, contracts, or transactions carried out between users outside the platform. We act solely as intermediaries to facilitate connections between parties.
We may update these terms periodically. We will notify users of significant changes by email or a notice on the platform. Continued use after notification implies acceptance of the updated terms.
These terms are governed by Brazilian law, especially the Consumer Protection Code (Lei nº 8.078/1990) and the General Data Protection Law (Lei nº 13.709/2018).
