1. Who we are

Redesa is a digital tourism and talent platform for the Atibaia and Serra da Mantiqueira region, operated by Redesa Tecnologia Ltda., headquartered in Atibaia — SP. For privacy inquiries, contact us at contato@redesa.com.br.

2. Data we collect

We collect the following data to operate the platform:

• Name, email, and phone number (WhatsApp) during registration
• Public profile information (photos, description, specialties)
• Anonymous browsing data for statistical analysis
• Messages exchanged via WhatsApp Business for support and automation
• Reads of REDESA cards on tables and rooms at partner venues (see section 5)

3. How we use your data

• Platform operation and improvement
• Sending notifications about proposals, events, and profile updates
• Communication via WhatsApp with your consent
• Compliance with legal obligations

4. Cookies

We use essential cookies for the website to function and analytics cookies to improve the experience. You can manage your preferences in your browser settings.

5. REDESA cards on tables and rooms

Some partner venues have REDESA cards with a QR code and a tap tag (NFC). When you tap your phone or scan the QR code, you open a page of ours and we record:

• The date and time of the read and which card was read — which identifies the venue and the table or room, never the person
• A random identifier stored in your browser, used only to avoid counting the same read twice within an hour. It is not your device serial and does not identify you
• The approximate city the read came from, derived from the IP address. The IP address itself is not stored: we keep only an encrypted, irreversible version of it, to investigate abuse
• If you fill in the form, the name and home city you provide yourself. Filling it in is optional — the page works without it

If you complete the Clube VIP signup from one of these cards, we record which card you came from, to measure the partner venue's result.

6. How long we keep data

We keep card read records and usage statistics indefinitely, to compare seasons and the circuit's evolution over the years. Account data is kept while your account exists. You may request deletion at any time, as described in the rights section below.

7. Data sharing

We do not sell your data. We may share it with infrastructure partners (hosting, analytics) strictly for platform operations, or when required by law.

8. Your rights (LGPD)
