The Pedra Grande, Atibaia's main landmark, is a granite massif in the Serra do Itapetinga mountain range, standing 1,418 meters above sea level. From its summit, the entire city offers a 360-degree panoramic view. It is a popular launch point for hang gliding and paragliding.

Three trails to the summit: My Goddess Trail (2.5 km), Mango Tree Trail (2.6 km), and Monks Trail (3 km). Access from 8:30 am to 3:30 pm.
